Lust Have It Busy and Beautiful Night!

Hope you have a good week so far. I had a fabulous night on Wednesday evening – I attended my very first blogger event by Lust Have It (www.lusthaveit.com.au/)! As many Aussie girls would know, there are a few subscription beauty/fashion boxes available in the market, and Lust Have It provides a few different packages ranges from AUD$19.95 - $50/month. I am reasonably happy with the 5 Women’s boxes I purchased so far - now I have unlimited number of hair products and creams waiting to be tried.
Left to right: Inika's Miranda Bond, Mobinails' Elena Torriani, Style Rock's Pascale Helyar-Moray, and Lust Have It's CEO Greta Stojanovic
Three amazing entrepreneurs sharing their stories behind their brands and
I was lucky that LHI’s PR event “Busy and Beautiful Discovery Night” was held in Sydney. When Michelle aka Labmuffin aka Lacquerheads of Oz editor received the invitation from LHI’s CEO Greta Stojanovic on Wed morning, I jumped at the opportunity! Although I was totally unprepared – I went straight from work with minimal make up and terrible attire and no expectation. I was pleasantly surprised by the cocktail venue! And most of all, I had the pleasure to meet three amazing entrepreneurs at this wonderfully arranged event. A special thanks to Kierra of Look What the Bats Dragged In for the beautiful photos!

I had the pleasure to meet the founder of Inika, Miranda Bond, and her lovely beauty team (http://inika.com.au). I’ve eyed her range of organic cosmetics when I was in New Zealand last December. Their quality surpasses most mineral/organic cosmetic at that price range available at health store in Auckland. I particularly like the inspiration behind the brand and the company image and packaging. I am absolutely thrilled to have their Eyeshadow Brush (100% Vegan and Certified Cruelty Free) and Certified Organic Crème Eyeshadows in Champagne to try out. Of note, Inika is going global - the upcoming New York Fashion Week is their first stop! Congratulations!
Next up, I met Elena Torriani, the co-founder of Mobinails (http://www.mobinails.com), a bubbly Italian lady. Mobinails provides on-the-go manicure to individuals or parties tailored to needs – from corporate networking to hen parties at a very reasonable cost. I received an awesome OPI gel manicure in Linkin Park after Dark. The manicurist was very attentive to details and professional. I am particularly impressed by how perfect the manicure was executed in the dim-lighted cocktail party setting! Highly recommended!

Due to time pressure, I didn’t get to chat with Pascale Helyar-Moray Founder and CEO of Style Rocks (http://www.stylerocks.com). Style Rocks provides design it yourself jewellries of top notch quality available online internationally.  I am impressed that Style Rocks is supported by a number of organisations including Microsoft and Jones Lane LaSalle.
My LHI box from the event
Thanks Lust Have It for the wonderful evening. Check out LHI's Facebook page for their latest offering - FaB Box for $35 releasing in Sept 2013 which includes 2 full sized Duri polishes, 3 fashion accessories and a collectable tote bag. More details here! And to the LHI team - Happy second birthday and keep up with the good job! xx Ann
