I enjoy going to weddings, the people and settings, are always beautiful regardless of weather or venue, and as guest, I am stress-free (I lost a few kilos for mine...). And the best part is dressing up and doing nails! I wore a bright red dress for a garden wedding lately, and with the suggestions from the Aussie Nails ladies - what an awesome resourceful group! - and inspired by tenshi no hana, I came up with this simple striped mani.
I started with painting two strips of butter London Scuppered on the sides of my nails (2 coats). Once dried, I filled in the middle with two strokes of Zoya Blaze. Then on top of Blaze, I dabbed Zoya Gilty, which is a 18K real gold flake topcoat from the "Gilty Pleasures" set. Finally, I free-handed two strips along the of Blaze with Zoya Raven, also from the Gilty set, finished with 1 coat of Dazzle Dry top coat. I really like the striped mani and keep wearing it for days. xx Ann
