Elf- Aussie Christmas Nail Challenge 11thDec

Today's mani is green-themed for "Elf - 11th Dec Aussie Christmas Nail Challenge". Here my nails have two coats of butter London Jack the Lad - of the Holiday 2012 Glitter Trio set (along with Shambolic and Scupper). It is a dark "moss green shimmer with gold, turquoise, and green microglitter". Application is easy and smooth, I can imaging having Henley Regatta on top to ooze awesome greenness. The magic and happiness brought by the elfs in preparing Santa's presents is portrayed by a dash of Femme Fatale Eventide - "a blend of delicate but complimentary shades - lime gold, rose, fushsia flecks, gold, holo, sea green and moss, all in a clear base."

I have been busy with Christmas parties and flight with my kids back to Middle Earth (New Zealand) for the festive season. Keeping up with the Challenge (and the blog for that matter) can get difficult, especially now I don't have my light box and polish collection. Nonetheless, I look forward catching up with old friends and family over a bottle of sauvignon blanc under the Pohutukawa trees. xx Ann
