6 White Boomers - Aussie Christmas Nail Challenge 3rdDec

My post today is the second Aussie Christmas Nail Challenge - 6 White Boomers - an Australian Christmas Song written by Rolf Harris and John Brown in 1960. It is a tale told by a joey (baby kangaroos in pouch) of how in Australia, Santa employs a team of 6 strong snow white kangaroos, known as boomers down-under, instead of his traditional reindeer team to pull his sleigh.

Its chorus goes like this:
Six white boomers, snow white boomers,
Racing Santa Claus through the blazing sun.

Six white boomers, snow white boomers,

On his Australian run.

So I created a mani with 6 strong kangaroos pulling Santa, in his sunglasses (remember it's hot hot summer Christmas in the Southern Hemisphere) - on his sleigh, flying down to Australia which is heated by the blazing sun from above and heated earth from below.

I went overboard with many polishes that are proudly Australian-made: base- Pretty Serious Morning Java, discontinued Ozotic 730 duochrome and 517 silver holographic (sold via piCture pOlishes, which many polishes are on my wish list), and ulta3 mermaid green for the land of Australia.

I am quite happy of how it turned out and probably will keep the mani for a few days, giving Pool Party (5th Dec) a miss.
xx Ann

PS. Have you entered the Rings Giveaway by Handpicked (ASOS) finishing 6thDec yet?
